Limited Warranty:

Gino Wheels Co. warrants to the original purchaser and no others. Unblemished wheels will be repaired or replaced if found to contain any defects in materials or workmanship for period of (12) months. It is the responsibility of original purchaser and installer and check fitment before mounting tires. Wheels mounted with the use of adapters, is not recommended therefore not covered by warranty. There are absolutely no returns on mounted wheels. Gino Wheels Co. further does not assume responsibility for diagnosis, balancing or installation labor. You mount it you own it!

This limited warranty does not cover: return freight charges, travel expenses, towing charges, damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence, road hazards, improper weight or high travel. Any damage to wheels that may have resulted from improper handling during shipping must be taken up with shipping company. Gino Wheels Co. is not responsible for damage during transit; therefore all shipping claims must be made through said shipping agent or carrier.

Gino Wheels Co. does not warrant the plated surfaces wherein damages can result due to circumstances beyond its control including adverse weather conditions, road chemicals, car wash damage, and caustic or abrasive chemical cleaners.

All specially drilled and/or ordered wheels are final, no returns. No exceptions! There is no warranty on painted wheels. Painted wheel orders are final. Stock adjustments are subject to 20% restocking fee. Gino Wheels Co. will issue no refunds on returned wheels. All returns must secure an RGA # before merchandise is returned. All returns are subject to inspection before any credit is given. Therefore all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and condition.
